At Baby Star, we want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If a size or style isn't perfect, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number via email.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Ship to Baby Star

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
